Google Adsense has set their payments to publisher according to terms and conditions. For Google Adsense, earnings are the revenue that you accrue through your participation in the AdSense programme. Seeing an Earnings line appear on your Payment History page for any month does not necessarily mean that you will be paid for those earnings in that month. It simply means that they have verified the earnings that were generated for your account during that month.
Once you have accrued US$100 in earnings and all payment holds are removed from your account, your account will be eligible for payment according to our payment schedule. When you see a Payment line appear on your Payment History page, that means we have scheduled a payment for you by cheque or by Electronic Funds Transfer. You can click the details link associated with that payment to learn more about the payment that was made to you.

Channels Optimizations
Active channels gather data that's accessible to you at all times. The data is organized in report forms and can be retrieved by following the instructions given below:
1.After logging in, click on the link to 'Advanced Reports'
2.Select the product you want to track: AdSense for content or AdSense for search.
3.Then click the radio button labeled Channel data.
4.Next choose the date range in which you're interested.
5.Now choose the channels for which you'd like to assemble a report by using the check boxes.
Note: To easily find a particular group of channels, use the search function.
According to the naming convention described in the custom channels section, if you wanted to find all of the channels associated with your home page, you'd type 'Home' in the 'Find Channels' box. Similarly, if you wanted to find all of the channels associated with rectangular ad boxes, you'd search for 'Rect'. Once you've completed the search, you can simply select all of the results or choose them individually.
Once you've selected the desired channels, decide how you'd like to group the data.
For a day-by-day report of the data from the selected channels choose the Date radio button.
For an aggregate report of channel statistics over a selected date range, choose the Channels radio button.
Tip: useful for simple comparisons between two or more channels
For a comprehensive evaluation of one or more channels' performance displayed by date, choose the Both radio button.
6.Finally, click the Display Report button.

Search Engine Web Crawler - Site Authentication
AdSense Web Crawler visits the publishers' sites, and letting the AdSense system back at Google know what the pages are all about. But the problem come when the site need to be login and asking for password. Hence, Adsense Web Crawler unable to crawl behind that login page. The result is that users end up with poorly targeted ads and the AdSense Crawler ends up with sleepless nights, wondering what could have been if only it had crawled these pages.
Due to such problems, Google Adsense have launched a new feature called Site Authentication to take care of the problem. Using Site Authentication, you can give the crawler access to your login-protected pages by passing it information to log into your site. For example, let's say your news site has a premium content area, with articles that only paying members can access. To get ads on those pages, you can use Site Authentication to provide the crawler with a test username and password. It's an easy process that starts just by logging into your AdSense account and finding the 'Site Authentication' link under the 'AdSense Setup' tab. Once you've supplied Adsense Crawler with a username, password, and a few other details, all you have to do is verify that you own the site through Google Sitemaps.
To check the authentications, login to your adsense account, go to Site Authentication and just follow the instructions on the page. Please note that you will only publisher with Google Account can access to this feature.
Once you've set up your authentication rule and verified ownership, it may take 1-2 weeks for Adsense Crawler to visit your blog or websites in the future.

Cheques
Let us look at the payment via cheques made by the advertiser to publisher. Now, most of us would prefer the payment made by cheques. Bear in mind that the payment through cheques would take some times to reach especially if we are international publisher. Furthermore, it would take extra 2 more weeks(min.) to be cleared.
Take for example, Google Adsense, Standard Delivery Cheques are sent by normal post to the publisher. Of course the arrival of the cheques should take within 2-3 weeks of the mailing date. Then the clearance should take about 2 weeks. This means that it could take almost 1 and half month to get paid.
Secured Express Delivery cheques in other hand are sent via courier and much more faster to arrive. It should arrive within 1 week. Clearance would take about 2 weeks.
However, don't be dispair as Google Adsense are the best advertising company and the greatest pay master on advertising business.

Google Adsense - Refferal Programs Void
If you are in North America, Latin America, or Japan, the price for AdSense referrals is changing. Google has changed the pricing structure for AdSense referrals so that when a user you referred to the program earned $5 within 180 days of sign-up, you would also earn $5. When that publisher earned $100 within 180 days and removed all payment holds, you'd receive $250. Now there is no more result like that and soon no longer be offering the $5 bonus or $2000 bonus, and the payout for referring a user who generates $100 with AdSense in the first 180 days will return to $100.
These pricing changes will take place during the last week of January. A referred user who reaches $100 within 180 days of signing up and who removes all payments holds before the change occurs will generate earnings of $250 for the referring publisher. Any referred user who meets this conversion criteria after the change occurs will only generate $100 in earnings for the referring publisher. In addition, the $5 bonus will be removed at that time. Please note that the date a user was referred will only affect where the 180-day window is set but not necessarily the payout the referring publisher receives. For example, it's possible that a user referred in early January will meet the conversion criteria before a user referred in early November, and so the resulting payout may differ.
If you are outside the about mentioned location, Google Refferal Programs will retired. They found that this referral product has not performed as well as they had hoped in these regions. Again, please keep in mind that you can still generate referrals for the other products listed under the 'Referrals' section of your AdSense Setup tab.
Soon, you'll no longer see the option to create a referral button for AdSense in your account, although existing buttons will display as normal. This specific referral type will then be retired during the last week of January - any users who meet the conversion criteria (reaching $100 in earnings within 180 days of sign-up and removing all payment holds) before the change will generate earnings of $250 for the referring publishers. Any conversions which occur after this change is made will not be recorded in your account. You may wish to begin replacing any existing referrals promoting AdSense with referrals for another product or an AdSense for content unit.
